GINGER ENERGY BALLS

Ginger energy balls

A SPICY BOOST

I love a strong fiery taste but feel free to halve the spices if you prefer a more subtle taste. I hope you enjoy!

 

INGREDIENTS: MAKES ABOUT 10-12 BALLS

110g pitted dates

70g raw almonds

35g raw cashews/alternative nut

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp salt

METHOD:

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor and whizz until well mixed and sticky.

  2. Form even balls with your hands and store in the fridge/freezer until ready to enjoy.
