Having grown up in a pilates-loving family, after experiencing a back injury which left me barely able to move for a few months, I gradually built up a daily pilates practice and haven’t stopped since.

Pilates has enriched my life in so many ways, I feel stronger and more connected to my body than ever before.

I can’t wait for you to join us on the mat and experience the endless benefits pilates brings to both our mental and physical health.

“In 10 sessions you’ll feel the difference, in 20 sessions you’ll see the difference, and in 30 sessions you’ll have a whole new body.”

— Joseph Pilates
