Claudia Criswell, Registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach

Hi, I’m Claudia,

A Registered Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Pilates instructor on a mission to empower as many people as possible to feel great about the way they eat, live and move.

Having struggled with crippling digestive symptoms, anxiety and disordered eating habits, I know through first hand experience how powerful and transformative nutrition and lifestyle interventions can be in supporting overall mental and physical health.

Since I founded Claudia Criswell Nutrition, we are so proud to have supported hundreds of clients to feel happier and healthier everyday in a sustainable way and would love for you to join our community.

Hi, I’m Lottie,

A Registered Associate Nutritionist helping individuals to build healthy relationships with food, optimise their gut health, and generally feel happier and more energised in their day-to-day lives.

Having also experienced periods of anxiety and a disordered relationship with food, uncovering the connection between food, mood and lifestyle was truly transformative, and is something I feel passionate about sharing with others.

Determined to re-write the restrictive and often toxic narrative surrounding nutrition, I use a holistic approach to empower clients in finding balance and joy when it comes to nourishing their bodies and supporting their mental wellbeing.
