Hi, I’m Claudia, a Pilates teacher and Nutritionist
I believe that long term change happens from feeling good inside and out and aim to empower our community to feel healthy, happy and strong everyday. Feeling good is at the core of what we do and I love creating Pilates classes that help people feel strong and energised, building confidence from the inside out. The precision and control involved with Pilates effortlessly focuses the mind in such a unique way, encouraging you to stay present and provides a lasting sense of calm that stays with you for the rest of the day.
Pilates has the power to transform our mood, energy and introduce us to muscles we never knew existed. Since discovering Pilates after a back injury, I developed a daily practice and haven’t stopped since. Pilates has enriched my life in so many ways. I feel stronger and more connected to my body than ever before and I can’t wait for you to join us on the mat and experience the endless benefits Pilates brings to both our mental and physical health.
Hi, I’m Lottie,
A Registered Associate Nutritionist helping individuals to build healthy relationships with food, optimise their gut health, and generally feel happier and more energised in their day-to-day lives.
Having also experienced periods of anxiety and a disordered relationship with food, uncovering the connection between food, mood and lifestyle was truly transformative, and is something I feel passionate about sharing with others.
Determined to re-write the restrictive and often toxic narrative surrounding nutrition, I use a holistic approach to empower clients in finding balance and joy when it comes to nourishing their bodies and supporting their mental wellbeing.
